We get to work! Once we know more about you and your goals, we dive in on the proposal writing phase of the process. We spend time throughout the year attending local industry events, as well as holding a position on two of the local event industry boards. Through this invested time we not only have made great friendships but also built strong relationships with top performing event partners. These relationships can then serve you when your event is in the negotiation phase as well as onsite. We also spend time to stay on top of event trends, so when the time comes to build your proposal you can rest assured you will see new and fresh ideas.
A fully customized event proposal is presented for review and we schedule a call to discuss the proposal in detail to ensure it's meeting all of your event needs within budget. Once the proposal is approved, we secure all event partners and staff and prepare for a successful event!
Our proposals are all-inclusive and we work with our event partners to negotiate competitive rates and industry discounts for our clients. This saves you time because you have one contract to secure and process through accounting. We take care of all vendor communication, contracts and payments.
We love working with clients who give us a clear vision for their event goals and then let us do our thing to make the magic happen! We also love working with clients who want more of a hands on involvement in the process, and we can create a meeting schedule leading up to the event.
